At Dogitization, we are committed to improving the welfare of street dogs through community engagement. Since our services are based on volunteer-driven initiatives, donations, and awareness programs, we have a strict No Cancellation and No Refund policy.
1. No Cancellation Policy
- As Dogitization operates as a public campaign, all services, events, and initiatives are non-cancellable once participation is confirmed.
- If you have registered for an event and are unable to attend, we encourage you to inform us in advance so we can accommodate other participants.
2. No Refund Policy
- All donations made to Dogitization are final and non-refundable.
- Contributions, whether monetary or in-kind, are utilized solely for the welfare of street dogs and cannot be reclaimed.
- We do not offer refunds for sponsorships, event participation, or any other services provided by Dogitization.
3. Exception Clause
- In rare cases where an error in payment occurs (e.g., duplicate transactions), you may contact us within 7 days at [Insert Contact Email] with proof of the transaction.
- Refund will be credited to your origional payment method with in 5 to 7 business days.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at our discretion.
