Jojo is a street dog who truly embodies the spirit of coexistence and community. Rampyari

Rampyari’s journey is a testament to resilience. Despite enduring an accident, an unplanned pregnancy that tragically resulted in the loss of five puppies, and the challenges of life on the streets, she continues to face each day with strength and a smile. Though she has endured so much, Rampyari has found a place of comfort and safety outside a plywood shop, where she lives with her sister, Shyamlal. Together, they are well cared for, sterilized, and loved.
Rampyari’s story highlights the crucial importance of giving every dog a place to rest, to feel secure, and to belong. It’s not just about providing shelter—it’s about offering a space where a dog can find peace, recover from hardship, and thrive. For Rampyari, this safe haven has made all the difference, allowing her to heal, live with dignity, and keep her joyful spirit alive.
Every dog deserves a place to rest, just as Rampyari has. By supporting our mission, you help ensure that more dogs, like Rampyari, can experience a life full of care, comfort, and love. Join us in giving every dog the opportunity to live a fulfilling life, free from fear and hardship.

Bhuri

Bhuri’s story is a powerful reminder of the heartache that comes with abandonment, but also of the profound bond that can form between an animal and its human. Bhuri, handed over as a puppy to a 70-year-old man, has become not just a companion but a source of meaning and comfort for him in their later years. It’s heartbreaking that many dogs, like Bhuri, are handed off under false pretenses, left to face uncertainty when their initial caretakers never return.
Our work towards strengthening adoption and sterilization policies is critical, as it addresses both the abandonment issue and the overpopulation of street dogs. Advocacy for a vigilant approach by authorities is also essential to ensure such situations are minimized and managed properly.
Support us if you think it is important in shifting attitudes toward responsible pet care and animal welfare.

The Dog Without a Name

Naming a dog is a significant step in forming a bond. When a dog is given a name, it symbolizes their acceptance into a community, their recognition in the world around them. But how does this bonding process unfold? It starts with a simple act of kindness—feeding the dog. The dog may wag its tail, showing appreciation, and you, in turn, begin to appreciate the gesture of love and trust. As the bond grows, you give the dog a name, and with that, the connection deepens. Once that bond is formed, it becomes a lifelong commitment.
But what happens when a dog never receives a name? Some dogs, particularly those who have suffered abuse in their early years, lose the ability to trust humans. Despite kindness and care, the trauma from their past lingers. They may watch us from a distance but never approach, only taking food when we are no longer around. Trust is never fully rebuilt, and the connection remains strained.
We still call him "Don," but the name is a symbol of what he has yet to allow himself to experience—true trust and connection.
By supporting our mission, you can help dogs like Don find their path to healing and, ultimately, a name that signifies love, trust, and acceptance. Let’s help these animals grow, both in spirit and in life, with honesty and compassion.

Peter: A Story of Territory and Belonging
Peter was adopted by a kind family who moved to a new house, bringing him along. Heera matole

When you meet Heera and Matole, two beautiful community dogs, you can’t help but wonder how any media outlet could ever label Indian breeds as "dangerous" or "ferocious." These two souls, with their gentle eyes and innocent demeanor, embody the true nature of kindness. As they walk the streets, they spread warmth and love to everyone they encounter, leaving behind a trail of smiles.
It’s important to remember that every dog, no matter the breed, is inherently kind and loving. The only thing that can turn this natural gentleness into aggression is the way they are treated by people. Too often, fear, neglect, or mistreatment provoke negative behaviors that lead to misunderstandings—like dog bites.
Our mission is to change this narrative by educating communities, shifting mindsets, and fostering empathy for dogs. When people begin to understand and respect dogs, animal welfare will follow naturally.
We are working to bring dogitization to the world—not just one city, but across the globe. Join us in supporting Heera, Matole, and every dog who deserves a life of love and compassion. Together, we can create a world where kindness toward animals is the rule, not the exception.

Shyam lal

Meet Shyamlal, the dog everyone thought was a boy—but as her story unfolds, we reveal that she’s actually a beautiful, strong female dog. Lovingly referred to as "the girl with a boy's name," Shyamlal lives a happy and safe life with her sister, Rampyari, outside a plywood shop.
The compassionate shopkeeper, who has come to love and care for both sisters, has pledged to provide them with food, shelter, and constant care. His belief that kindness brings prosperity has not only helped Shyamlal and Rampyari live better lives but has also created a beautiful bond of trust and affection.
Shyamlal’s story is a reminder that sometimes, the most beautiful surprises come when we least expect them. Her resilience, paired with the kindness of the shopkeeper, shows how love and care can transform any dog’s life.
Join us in supporting our mission to encourage more people to follow this compassionate example and offer a loving home to dogs like Shyamlal. Together, we can make the world a better place for every dog, regardless of gender, name, or circumstance.
